All player registration at Khoroni Casino runs through the Peermont Winners Circle loyalty programme. The same system is used across every Peermont venue in South Africa and neighbouring countries, so one card follows you everywhere.

Registration is split into two steps: you start online, then finish at our casino in Thohoyandou. First you visit the Winners Circle website and complete a short form with your full name, contact details, and date of birth. This creates a provisional profile only. It does not yet give access to the casino floor, points, or offers.

The second part happens at the Winners Circle Desk inside Khoroni Casino. Our team checks your original ID, confirms that you meet the age requirement, and prints your physical Winners Circle card. Once that is done, your account becomes fully active for points earning and promotions.

How to Register

To start, go to the Winners Circle website and open the registration section. Enter your legal name exactly as shown on your South African ID, including all middle names. Then provide a working mobile number and email address, plus your date of birth. You need to be at least 18.

After submitting the form, make a note of your reference number. Then visit us at Mphephu Street, Thohoyandou, Limpopo, and head to the Winners Circle Desk. Bring your South African ID or, for visitors from abroad, your passport. Our staff will compare these details to your online submission and confirm they match.

Once everything checks out you will receive your physical card and we activate it on the spot. The in-casino process usually takes around 10 to 15 minutes when documents are correct. If anything is unclear, for example your address, staff may ask for proof of address to tidy up your profile.

Documents You Need

Under South African law casino guests must be 18 or older. For identification, we can accept a valid South African ID book, smart ID card, or a passport for international players.

Expired IDs, temporary certificates, and affidavits do not qualify for registration. When an ID has been lost, it is important to sort out a replacement with Home Affairs before travelling to us.

At the desk our team will compare your appearance with the photo on your ID. We also confirm the ID number on our internal system to stop duplicate profiles from being created. Every person may only hold a single Winners Circle account across all Peermont casinos.

Using Your Card

As soon as you receive your Winners Circle card at the desk, we link it to your verified profile and activate it. Our team can talk you through the basics of using it on the floor.

At slot machines you insert the card into the card reader before you start playing. The system then tracks your bets and awards points automatically. Points are based on how much you wager, not on wins or losses. To make sure you earn correctly, keep the card in the reader during your whole session.

For table games simply hand your card to the dealer when you sit down. They will note your buy-in, average bet and playing time. Points from tables are not instant - they usually reflect on your account within 24 hours.

Most problems at registration come from information that does not match. It is important to type your name exactly as printed on your ID, including spacing and additional names.

International guests sometimes experience minor delays because passport formats differ from South African ID layouts. Bringing your passport along with any visa stamps or entry documents usually speeds up checks.

Where a player has changed their legal name, their official ID must be updated first. We cannot complete registration using documents that show different names, even if you bring supporting letters.
